  • Advanced MVC framework knowledge: CodeIgniter & Laravel
  • Write “clean”, well-designed code
  • Knowledge of Javascript — jQuery & AJAX
  • Produce detailed specifications
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Follow industry best practices
  • Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

Language Requirements:

  • Written and spoken fluency in English (min. B2 level acc. CEFR)
  • Additional language skills beneficial (ex. German, Chinese, French, Czech)

Competencies:

  • Flexible and able to deal with frequently shifting priorities
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Skilled at collaborating with team members and clients

Location and Schedule:

  • In Prague office or remote

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities
  • Monitor and report on metrics such as page ranking, site traffic trends, the effectiveness of site optimization etc.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming SEO profiles and provide a cost-effective solution
  • Keep up to date on the latest SEO best practices, strategies and technologies
  • Proactively provide strategic recommendations applicable to clients’ business models, expectations, and goals
  • Build rapport with clients’ representatives through routine and scheduled interactions
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Working knowledge of web protocols, web application architectures and frameworks
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and other SEO related technologies
  • Proven ability to improve organic search performance within major search engines

  • Own level-appropriate customer requests and issues, seeing them through to resolution
  • Escalate support requests to next level administrators and other support teams according to escalation procedures
  • Troubleshoot monitoring alerts
  • Schedule and coordinate level-appropriate maintenances
  • Monitor ticket, chat and phone response times and take appropriate actions
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to build strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with other system administrators on the support floor
  • Review and agree to the defined policy and process standards.
